CVC has taken a majority stake in Formula 1. It bought part of Bernie Ecclestone's 25 percent holding and the 48 percent stake of Bayerische Landesbank. The question is who will CVC sell to when they want to cash out, because the very nature of F1 (small number of powerful teams on which viewership and hence revenues depend) makes it an unattractive company to be listed on the public markets.

Li Ka-shing who was also in talks to buy out the stake can be a possible suitor, or someone like Richard Branson's Virgin. Just speculating.
