SFO Vs NYC - Tale of two cities

Wating for my flight at San Francisco airport I cannot but help notice the lack of hustle here. La Guardia or JFK are much noisier; people rush around in all directions, bump into each other. At SFO patient folks engrossed in books or working their comps are everywhere.

The noise level is much lower too. Actually the only noise is the occasional announcement over the PA, its almost eerie. 500 people and silence!!
